Months before ...

"Sefrous, halio, ignastroun, fulynin goulaug, prefiox raidiaco celo megnasius, Faith ... ulmerous vemohos trious Rastronblou, ignorin felikan gohas haitagh moro cron sei floun blourkaras Faith .... deflio ... asthrougho ... Faith ..."

"Must you always speak the old language of the Asloghan?" asked Fluviros, the loyal servant of Weiron, the Claimer.

Werion smoothed his robe. "Faith is gone from our walls ... when she disappeared, order in Rastronblou vanished and chaos has ruled ever since."

In an instant, Weiron turned to Fluviros, who bowed down, not meeting Weiron's iron gaze.

"You will send them to retrive my diamond ... Faith ..."

Fluviros' eyes were shocked. "Them? You dont mean -?"

"Yes! the Eight Seekers!" Weiron said.

Fluviros ran out of the room.

"I WILL have you Faith!" Weiron cried, raising his hands to the sky.

Now ...

Three months later, Faith Crest and the other Avengers have survived their battle with the government as well as the others, who sought to destroy them. Now a new threat twice as powerful has risen and will attempt to split the Avengers apart with every chance that they get. Crisis after crisis is breaking out all over the world and World War III seems to be on the horizon. With Faith still in a deep coma, Rene Skylar takes charge of the Avengers.

The problems have the Avengers travelling around the world to try and resolve them before they get out of hand. This time, the Avengers will be pushed beyond their limits. Then in the midst of it all, a mysterious black and cloaked man appears, claiming to be "someone from Faith's past." He leaves everyone shocked with this message. Shortly after this, Faith is kidnapped and is thrown into the world of political issues, mini-wars and other problems.

Without their hopeful leader, the Avengers struggle on in their continuing mission to restore peace and order to the shattered world. Will they able to survive with their new problem thrown at them? And will they ever rescue Faith?

OOC: First of all, welcome to the sequel to Apocalypse! Next, all that have been accepted so far are welcome to post whenever they feel like doing so. And thirdly, don't let my post confuse you. Faith's mind is currently trapped on the Astral Plane due to unseen circumstances, which occurred at the end of the last RP. So if you see her talking, then it's not on the normal plane on Earth, ya? Ok, let's kick this thing off!

IC: Someone wise had once told Faith Crest that time was a precious thing and should never be wasted. He also mentioned that she should also keep those she held dearly close to her heart and never let them go. Well, ever since her mind had been privately attacked and dragged on to the Astral Plane, there hadn't a chance to think about those two things. The Astral Plane was a plane, where only psychics could enter. It was impossible for that of a normal human being or any creature with no psychic training to enter. Faith had once been here before on a mission under Mr X's leadership in pursuit of a powerful Supernatural terrorist, who was also psychic. But she was not the one chasing now; she was the one being chased.

Faith ducked, as the swarm of flies buzzed past her. "And this is all I need right now ..." she murmured quietly under her breath, as she rose to her feet again and glanced around. The Astral Plane had kept changing its appearance these past few months now. She was beginning to wonder if her body would even survive without her mind. Three months had passed since her mind was forced here. Whoever was out to get her had to be pretty strong, plus psychic to even lure her here. "You see, why can't you just tell me who you are instead of torturing and tormenting me like this?" growled Faith, wiping the sweat off her forehead. No matter how much she would run and fight, her mind wouldn't get tired. It didn't have the body to worry about now.

"She alive, that much we can be certain of." James Light said as he flicked the IV Drip that was attached to Faith's arm. He walked away from the bed and took off his white lab coat. "It seems that she's in some sort of coma, her brain activity is rocketing all over the place and we have no idea what's going on. There was no trauma to her head and the wound to her stomach is almost completely healed which is a marvel in itself."

"There's no way to bring her out of it ourselves?" Sarah O'Rourke asked, she was sitting in a chair beside a water machine. A plastic cup half crushed in her grip.

"It's been almost three months since her coma began. I highly doubt we could bring her out ourselves." James told her, she sighed deeply and shook out her hair, letting it fall to her shoulders.

"Where's Rene and Leon?" Sarah asked, standing up from her chair and walking to the door.

"Assignment." James told her, not saying anything else.

"And the Avengers?"

"Hell if I know, they aren't our responsibility, they could be all over the place for all we know." James sighed before turning to them. "Find out how they are."

"Got it James." Sarah told him, smiling widely.

"That's sir to you..." James sighed as she finally left.

~~~~
"Jeezus man... How long we gonna be out here?" Leon Nagami groaned to the tall man beside him. "If friggin freezing!"
"Live with it." The man said, he was wearing a long, brown hooded cloak, you couldn't see his face but his blue eyes were slightly visible in the darkness.
"Sheesh, I ain't the human heater remember. I actually feel cold." Leon smirked as his locater began to beep. "Target's confirmed, let's get to work."
The man smiled as he brought down his hood and let his dark hair fall into his eyes slightly. "Ready? Rene?"
Trevor's thoughts wondered aimlessly within his mind. How would the Avengers react to him being alive....He was hoping that they would happily welcome him back. Lesly stared out into the desert in front of them,silence enveloped the car. "Are we almost there"? Lesly asked. Trevor smiled, he sensed a hint of anxiety building up in her."Are you....nervous?" Trevor asked not being able to contain his grin."Sort of" Lesly replied."I dont know what they will think of me".
Trevor's grin shrunk slightly and his expression softed."I am sure they will like you...I do". Lesly smiled at him and then she was happy. The car sped arcoss the seemingly endless desert. They were suppose to arrive early but they had a few things that made them stop, making the trip much longer in length. "Want to have alittle fun"? Trevor asked."I will floor it" Trevor continued."Go for it" Lesly said smiling.So Trevor did, he slammed his foot down on the gas and the black car sped forward."Wooohoo!" Trevor cried as Lesly laughed. But then suddenly something happened that stopped them dead in their tracks. Standing right in their path, was a man. He had long shoulder length, black hair. His eyes were a deep-brown-black and were staring right at them. He was clothed in a longsleeve black shirt, and jeans. There was something wrong though...an unearthly presence seemed to linger in the air around him. Trevor cried out and slammed on the brakes of the car. It skidded to a stop a few feet in front of the man. They got a better look at him and he didn't appear to be over the age of 19.
Suddenly the voice spoke and it chilled Trevor to the bone.It sounded so emotionless."Trevor Rillas" the man said."I have come for Faith Crest". For Faith?! Who is this guy!? Trevor thought."I am Veinor, one of the Eight Seekers, and I have come for Faith".
"Well...Faith isn't here" Trevor said. Veinor narrowed his eyebrows."You are lying" he said. Then, Veinor held out his hand toward the windshield of the car. He then wrenched it towards him.The glass of the windshield shattered and flew towards Veinor.But somehow all the shards went around him, as if they were hitting some shield."What is He!?" Lesly whispered."I have no idea" Trevor said. "But he isn't human".
"If you will not give Faith to me then I will just take her by force" Veinor said.
"Lesly..Stay in the car" Trevor said as he stepped out.Veinor held out his arm and Trevor prepared himself. Trevor slowly approached the Seeker carefully.Frost appeared on the tips of Trevor's fingers as he prepared. To fast for Trevor to follow, Veinor rushed forward with inhuman speed and slammed into Trevor. Trevor went sprawling to the ground and heard Lesly cry out. His vision flashed and his head throbbed as he lay in the sand. Veinor lunged forward and then all was silent.
Trevor's eyes suddenly snapped open. He was still driving in the car, there was no man named Veinor or any other figure in the desert..then were alone."What..where did that guy go!?" Trevor said."Guy.."? Leslu asked."What guy"?. Then somthing dawned on Trevor that horrified him. What if Veinor had never been there!?. Could that have been a mental attack?... Trevor wondered disturbed by the idea.
After an hour Trevor and Lesly reached the outpost."This is it" Lesly said.Her nervousness made Trevor forget the strange event that he thought took place an hour ago."You will be fine" Trevor said grinning as they both hopped out of the car. Trevor walked up to the door and Lesly followed.This was it...The moment of his return to the other Avengers....His hand reached forward and he knocked.
And waited.
Three months. It had been three long months ever since Faith had fallen into a coma. No matter how much he nor everyone else tried to wake her up, she just wouldn’t open her eyes. Countless times had Sam examined her body using his Eyes of the Demon Killer and hadn’t found anything out of the ordinary.
“It’s funny” thought the silver-eyed youth as he punched the wooden dummy for the umpteenth time. “Just who would’ve thought that a technique born for the sole purpose of ending a life could also be used to save it? The world sure is a strange world”
Sam saw how a blackish line ran through the ‘torso’ of the practice dummy and instinctively plunged his right hand into it, seeing how his fingers sank into the dark strings and kept on sinking up to his wrist… He immediately pulled his hand away and concentrated on suppressing his power.
“10” muttered the dark-haired youth. That was the tenth time this month that his Masatsugan had activate itself without his ‘permission’. His hands quickly searched for something in his pocket and, finding the small pill a few seconds later, he then proceeded to swallow it.
He knew what was happening to himself; he had seen it happen countless of times back where he used to live, back ‘home’. With every passing day, the Demon Blood kept on growing stronger and stronger and as a result, he was not able to control his power completely. Far worse, the chance of it happening again increased dramatically each time he used his eyes…
Sam shook his head wildly. “Forget about it” thought the male. “No use worrying about it now. I’ll rather kill myself than letting it happen again, so…” He pulled a knife with his right hand and intently started at the blade that shimmered with the lights of the dojo. So what? Would he have the strength to actually do it when the time came? Time will only tell...
He replaced his knife and sat down on the Dojo’s wooden floor. Closing his eyes, Sam tried to empty his mind and feel his surroundings. He had to let go of his ‘self’, so that he could become ‘one’ with the world…
During those three times he had made the Dojo his new ‘home’; he felt at ease here. Just like he had done back at the Avenger’s Headquarters, Sam tried his best to avoid the people inside this place, both Rene’s Staff as well as the Avengers.
“Empty your mind” Too many thoughts and memories kept on coming but he had to empty his mind; that was the whole purpose of meditating, of becoming ‘one’ with the world…
(OC: Meh, sorry for the weird post but couldn't come up with anything else ^^; )
Three months...Blimey...time flies by...Filden cuddled his legs as he sat against the wall, it was a cold day in the abandoned hospital. Filden sighed and shivered in the cold...
No longer part of The Avengers. Filden cannot allow himself to be led by 'him'...Filden would not orders from someone he blamed for Abigail's death. Instead, Filden chose to go into hiding, supporting The Avengers from the side, even if they weren't aware of it, not for Rene, but for Faith, whenever she may awaken.
Filden walked away from his former friend...a slight tear ran down his right eye...he then paused...turned to his right whilst curling his eyes to his far right to catch a glance at Rene whose lip was slightly bleeding... "Don't bother trying to find me." Filden growled...
"I won't look for you, but at least leave your number in case we need you..." Rene muttered
Filden hung his head closed his eyes, and sighed. He then pointed to Ed, but still hung his head, "He's got it. Ed, give it to him." Filden then turned around and faced Rene. Filden then crossed his arm, "But...Only call me if you need my help dealing with a threat...and...when Faith awakens..." Filden then turned around and continued walking...
"...Filden, wait!" Rene shouted,
"...What?" Filden said, pausing once again,
"Don't get caught...remember...you may have your power as well as hers, but you ain't invincible." Rene pointed out,
"I ain't an idiot," Filden hissed.
Filden then continued walking again, and this time with no interuptions.
Filden then rested his head on his knees...I have no respect for him...so I won't ever be able to call him boss.
"Let's get going then." Rene said as he walked forwards with Leon. His handgun was tucked neatly in it's holster, hidden by the jacket he was wearing. The safety was off just in case the person they were tracking decided to try to kill them. "This guy is hunting down supernaturals, he's tough."
"We'll be careful then!" Leon smirked as he spun his knife and put it in it's pack. Rene didn't understand why Leon was tagging along, he had no field experience and acted too rashly at times.
"Just stick with me and we'll be okay." Rene told him as they turned the corner and spotted the target. He was wearing a long black trenchcoat and had a low cap on. The man had a picklock in his hands and was just finishing up. Rene and Leon kept themselves hidden in the darkness. Rene had already grabbed Leon and turned them invisible as the man looked in their direction. As the man shrugged he walked into the building and closed the door silently behind him. Rene and Leon ran forwards.
Leon took out a handgun and aimed it at the lights on street. He clicked a button and after a few seconds the lights were off. "What the heck is that?" Rene asked as they walked forwards towards the door.
"OCP, ever play Splinter Cell?" Leon smirked, Rene shook his head and began to unlock the door with his own picklocks. After several moments he unlocked the door and silently opened it, making sure him and Leon were invisible. The pair quickly walked in as quietly as possible and shut the door behind them. The landing area was already pitch black as the man they were tracking had shut the electric off via the box in the hall.
"He must be here on a job." Rene muttered. "We better hurry it up."
"Got it." Leon said as he took out an MP5 and put some night vision goggles on.
"Jeez, all that tech..." Rene muttered as he walked up the stairs, his PDA began to beep as they got closer.
As Rene made it to the first floor, the pair heard a loud scream and several shots. "Damn, too late!" Leon shouted as he jumped around the corner and walked forard with Rene watching the rear.
Veinor retreated back into his mind. He sat crosslegged in a small room. His eyes opened to reveal they were as red as blood. His mental attack on Trevor Rillas had failed.It woulld appear it was time to kidnap Faith. With a single thought Veinor stood over the unconscious Faith. He looked down at her peaceful form. Veinor's pale finger-tips grabbed her by the arm and the next moment they both disappeared. Veinor appeared by in the castle within the next view moments. He mentally contacted Weiron. Master I have Faith Crest Veinor said.
Good...Good... Weiron's conscious against Veinor's was like a vast wall. In other words if there was something Weiron didn't want Veinor to know there was no way he was going to extract the information. Put her in the chamber Weiron said. Veinor nodded and dragged Faith to the chamber. He placed her in the chamber then walked out of the room. It had been designed to keep all other minds or attempt at mental communication besides Weiron out of Faith's mind. Now that Faith is secure there is something I want you to do Weiron boomed in Veinor's mind. Send another mental attak at Trevor Rillas and this time...try harder.... Veinor nodded and went back to one of the chambers. He once again sat crossed legged and closed his eyes. Then he conjured up so much anger, so much hate, negative emotions, into two words,
TREVOR RILLAS!!!!
Trevor was standing in front of the outpost door when all the sudden something happened. A mental explosion that made his vision blurry and made his heart pound and his body unable to move. Two words filled with so much hate and mallice that it shook the foundations of Trevors mind. TREVOR RILLAS!!!! Suddenly Trevor's vision blacked out and he felt as if his mind was leaving his body.
Trevor found himself standing in a vast desert with stand blowing everywhere. Then he saw him...The figure he had seen in his mind earlier that day. Veinor. Suddenly Trevor found himslef on the ground and groaning in pain, with Veinor standing over him. It was then that Trevor truly grasped the situation. This was a mental attack and none of this was really happening...except in the minds of Trevor and Veinor. The key was to try and overwhelm the other in the mental struggle. Even though it didn't seem as dangerous as real combat, it was, if not more. Trevor threw a mental punch at Veinor and the figure of Veinor he saw in front of him...Or he thought he saw in front of him...recoiled backwards. Then another realization dawned on Trevor. This was going to be a very hard battle.
Whilst on his regular daily routeen Stephen and Chris Strode through the city of Sandford smiling and joking how nothing good ever happens. being one of the most peaceful towns in england there was never any graffiti, family disputes or fights, nothing ever happened. there was hardly ever a supernatural in the village, asides shooter. Chris was the only one who knew about his partners 'abilities' and they had been working together for a couple of months at least.
whilst sat in their police car, Stephen un-holstered his weapon, a regular handgun but with Jesus' mother painted onto the handle "why do you use that, your not even catholic?" Chris would always ask. Stephen's reply was always the same "It proves a point"
"Something's happened!" cried Faith, her mind still stuck in the Astral Plane. She examined her hands, in which both them looked disturbed and had been moved. "My body's been moved. But how? I thought that they'd keep me safe in the safehouse. Unless ..." She looked up at the red sky and saw a dark shadow coming towards her. Not again! She braced herself for the oncoming storm that was about to hit her way. The crimson blade appeared in her hand, which was only used here in the Astral Plane. The Astral Plane was somewhere that psychics could dwell and only a few of them were powerful enough to reshape the Astral Plane to what they desired. Unfortunately, she didn't come under that category whatsoever.
Stephen spun his gun around a couple of times and then slotted his gun into It's holster on his thigh "so after all of these months your still not gonna tell me why you use that?" Chris asked causing Stephen to smile "It's a long story" Stephen replied as he caught a glimpse of something. Stephen jumped out of the car and jogged over to a young boy carrying a bag "Excuse me kid, could you show me the contents of your bag please?" the young boy glared at Stephen "what you think i stole something, it don't matter anyway cos you can't check it anyway" Stephen smiled "okay, we can do this one of two ways" Stephen's sentence was interrupted by the boy turning and running. Stephen smiled and began chasing after him.
