Does anyone know of a faster way to gain Sphere levels? I am still early in the game and I am currently in Djose temple.

Perfect Area to start grinding.

Go back on the road to Djose Temple and fight the Basilisks on the road, they should net you some nice AP after 30-40 min farming.

Do you switch characters in and out of battle every time? The amount of AP isn't shared out between the characters you use; the characters you use all receive a set amount of AP. Bring each character into the battle and get them to strike the enemy (or heal in Yuna's case) once. This way, your characters will level up more quickly as they all benefit from each battle.
