I voted for #1.

It seemed to have a bit more attention when being made and the little 'Naughty But Nice' quote fits in nicely. =)

Nice lighting and the red and white give it a more Christmasy feel.

i really ike the 2nd one, the lights look really pretty against the black background

Hmm, Although I think the quality of 1 was better, I think 2 fits the theme better. It's simple, but pretty. The stars are Christmas-yish XD. An' like Bambi said goes good with the black bg.
