Anyone notice the difference between Squaresoft FFs and Square Enix FFs?

most of the ff's under square enix are bad... but 2 of them are good

i enjoyed ffx-2 :) just the atb was to quick for me

and i liked ffxiii :) i just don't like the liner play in it :)

apart from that i hate the mmo's and xii was the worst ff ever :/
 
Die hard FF fan have basically loved them all played FF7
religiously when i had it....and yet i stopped playing after 10

there is something enix did to FF that i can now never forgive
they have taken everything out of the game's genre that i once loved
its as if they dulled it down as if the kids of the world are getting
stupider and the game is trying to compensate for that...


i bought and owned FF13 for a day or two before i returned it .... biggest money waist on a game to date since when does any FF game make you feel like your running in a straight path marked out for you then all of a sudden hey the path breaks off to a chest then your back running the same path "YAWN BORING YAWN" where is the challenge??? where is the fun its been all sucked out for "mediocre" graphics for a game that should be built around "story line"

in saying all this i think FF or Enix i should say has forever lost my trust in making a FF game worth playing nobody cares about graphics when it comes to an rpg
whats it going to take for these stupid game designers to realize this?
