Playstation Any good RPG's for PSP

I have a psp and was wondering if anyone can recomend some good rpg's for it. Theres tonnes on the DS, but... I dont have a ds.

For the record I already have crises core. Its a great game but pretty short. I need something new.
 
A very good rpg on psp is Star ocean the first story which is basically the remake of the psone version of star ocean. Star Ocean the second story is also supposed to come out soon. Star Ocean the first story is alot like Xenosaga which is amazing!!!
 
Breath of Fire 3 for PSP is quite a good game a fair amount of gameplay and the battle style is good. It has an interesting soryline and what i think about when PSP RPG's are mentioned. one of my favorite games that i own for the PSP.
 
nice one, ill definatley be getting some of these. Ive heard of breath of fire but never played it. First ive heard of the others though. Cheers guys
 
If it counts, Crisis Core is most excellent. And there's also FF1 and FF2 Anniversary. Good little games, especially if you haven't already picked up the DS Dawn of Souls verison.
 
Final Fantasy Tactics War of the Lions: if that counts as a role playing game which it should if not because you are roleplaying though its stragety. But ya, its a awesome game has bonus jobs on it and bonus characters like Balthier from ff12. Awesome game if your into strategy.
 
I also feel like Ineed to sing the praises of BoF3, I dont have it for the
PSP yet, but I do have it for the PS1 and it is a really good RPG, with an excellent story, great battle system and really good characters. It's definately worth investing in
 
Yeah Ive seen the tactics game but wasnt sure how good it would be. Was pretty dissapointed with lord of the rings tactics for psp. But if it has balthier its prob worth a go :)
 
Yeah, some fab ones have been mentioned; Star Ocean, Breath of Fire 3, Popolocrois. But Id also like to add Valkyrie Profile and also Legend of Heroes.
 
i really didnt realise there were so many! Im glad christmas is coming up :D. Think I'm gonna go for BoF first as that seems to be the one mentioned most
 
PSP RPGs

Any good PSP RPGs suggestions? I have all the legend of heroes all the FF released on it and Dragooners Aria beat em all just lookin for a good RPG outside FF or Square worth the money.
 
Perhaps... Tales of Eternia?

Another one of the tales series, worth a try. And i must admit, very good voice acting. The gameplay, if you've played the previous Tales series, you'll know.. (Its good, really, or at least, to me).

I can't say the music is bad.. Its good, but i guess i still like Final Fantasy's better. Anyways, all in all, a good game. Seeing most of the games you said you have played are turn based, you might want to try this one.

That does look pretty good. So I checked up a list of in stock games at the 2 gamestops near my house this is a small selection of what they have RPG style any suggestions?

Any of em any good?
 
I was a huge fan of the original Star Ocean on SNES. I'm not sure how the remake plays though (at least I think the PSP one is a remake of the original...). I'd look into it and see if it's something you're into. Usually, when discussing solid RPGs outside of FF, Star Ocean 1 & 2 come up.

I have Astonishia Story which is a Korean RPG on the PSP. Pretty good too. I think it's quite hard to get hold of, so your best bet is on eBay
 
I offer Tales of the World. Preety good voice acting, nice soundtracks and story line! In my opinion this is worth buyin game ( i'm typing this post on my PSP :> )
