Anime Anime in your life

Anime (and video games) have influenced me greatly. Personally, I think there are alot of characters in anime and video games that are much better to look up to than there are people in real life. I look around me and see all the crap that goes on and it makes me cringe.

But honestly, there are good values that you can learn from anime and video games and they have led me to look deeper into life and to treat people with respect (if they deserve it that is). Also most of the time I think anime portrays men treating women very well, which you dont see too much in real life anymore. Most people treat each other horrible.
 
Anime hasn't really influenced me all that much at all. Its just something I enjoy watching. I suppose you could say that it has influenced me as, once I discovered that these Japanese cartoons were referred to as anime and not just cartoons, I started looking for more of the same, because they were (and are) a lot better than the cartoons put on TV these days.

Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei has had quite a large impact on the way I view certain aspects of life, because it gives them a marvellously pessimistic twist and, when I think about it, it makes absolutely perfect sense to me. Its not something I would have thought of by myself, at any rate.

Most of my friends enjoy watching anime in some form or another, although my mother hates it. She doesn't like english dubbing, and sees no point in watching something in Japanese with subtitles.
 
Anime influenced me a lot.first was pokemon,i use to love that show a lot when i was small,even digimon.but now its bleach,i always look it up everyday for updates on the anime and manga,im also in a forum site of bleach.I gotta say,bleach has influenced me more then pokemon.
