Anime Anime characters that you hate

Sasuke from naruto..

The guy is a traitor and somehow he manages to obtain new powers each time, just by winking his eyes!! that is bullcrap!! I hate him.

Define hate..how much can you actually "Hate"a virtual fictional character. but it happens you just hate some chars..

Hmmm I hate Sasuke from Naruto Why? Hes a complete rude jerk and dsont seem to respect his team mates. He also thinks hes better then everyone else. Also he kinda acts like hes the only one who has painful memories. Hmm sorry to those who like him.But yeah I agree with what you said Ohri.

Branching off that; I'm actually going to name the Sharingan as a hated thing in Naruto. Case in point; let's look at the functions of the Three Ocular Jutsu;

Rinnegan - Said to be the most powerful of the three; allows the user to rapidly master any form of jutsu; no matter what its nature or origins. Furthermore, only two shinobi have been known to possess such eyes.

Byakugan - Unique to the Hyuga clan, this allows the user near perfect vision in all directions, regardless of obstruction in the user's line of sight, expanding as far as x-ray vision. Also lets the user see the chakra networks of those around them.

Sharingan - Unique to a small, elite member of the Uchiha Clan, the Sharingan allows the user to see through illusions, predict an opponent's moves before they are made, and copy the jutsu of enemies.

That's how it was in the beginning. Each eye type was unique, and while providing a considerable boost in ability, none of the eyes were actual weapons.

Now?

Sharingan - Everyone in the Uchiha clan had them. The Sharingan allows the user to see through illusions, create illusions, break illusions, predict an opponent's moves before they are made, copy the jutsu of enemies, create an unstoppable black fire, stop an unstoppable black fire, create unbeatable nightmare realms, work as x-ray vision, and even alter reality itself for a short few seconds, at the cost of going blind forever.

But wait, if you steal the Sharingan eyes of your brother, then your own eyes never go blind.

And keep in mind with over half a dozen abilities, the Sharingan's actually supposed to be the lesser of all three in terms of heritage.

I never really say Naruto sucks anymore. I just say that it's author has badly lost track of his own story. The series isn't called "Sasuke" or "Sharingan".

You gotta point, But its a Family trait thing.. Just like the Hyuga Clan with Bakaugan. More then one family member has it.
Except that early on in the manga, Sasuke says that it's supposed to be unique to an elite few of the clan. By that logic; so many Uchiha, as later was shown, should not have had it.

Besides, my real issue isn't with who had it and who didn't; my issue is how damn many powers that thing has picked up -seemingly whenever it was convenient in a fight- over the series' length.

I see what you mean.

Edits: Omg how can I forget Light Yagami? I really hate this character... why? Hes Evil!! Down right evil He has no right to kill people. He think hes God and can do whatever he wants. Yeah sure crinimals need to be punished... but heck thats why they serve their time in prison and all. Yeah they need to be punished but they dont deserve like that. Not only that he kills inncoent people too? Man hes a loony! I hated him even more for what he did to L!!

Lelouche Lamperogue, or however you spell his name. I hate like everything about this guy. His name, for starters. His alter ego is gaudy as Hell. His design is biologically unfeasible, the guy's like 80% stringy limbs.

He has decent theatrics.

But his portrayl is so inconsistent. He will be shown sneering demonically as he maneuvers his troops like mere pawns & being someone who really cares about his soldiers in the same episode.

He's a dick when unnecessary, like when he whiped some chick's mind after she came to terms with the things he did as Zero. He's not enough of a dick when he should be. Seriously, he had to be saved by a convenient plot device because he just couldn't bring himself to lie to his sister. Lame.

I don't even know what I'm supposed to be taking away from this guy. When fighting monsters, don't become them? Ruthlessness is sometimes necessary? If you make some rant about people killing themselves, they just might do it?

Really, to me, he falls under Code Geass's biggest overall failure: It just tries way too hard to be genre savvy.

Short version: Everyone acts like he's some awesome character, but he's really more of a lame version of Light Yagami.

@ Moonflow Thats Usopp my friend. I dunno I think Chopper is so cute!!! Not ugly at all ^^.
and Usopp ends up becoming one of the most badass characters later on. He's sort of odd in that he fails a lot of the time, but when he comes through for the crew (the fight against Mr. 3, delivering the keys at the bridge outside Enies Lobby, fighting Perona) he REALLY comes through.

On the thread subject and OP at the same time; I don't like Enel and I never cared for Skypeia. It's a fun campy storyline, but it just feels so out of place and whacky with the rest of the story. Same with the Foxy Pirates. No connection. At least Skypeia had Roger's note on a poneglyph.

And I know saying something doesn't fit in One Piece because it's whacky could describe half the cast, but at least the bizarre ones such as Ivankov and Moria have an established place in the main plot. Enel was just...out there.

Speaking of One Piece and hate-able characters in the show, I seriously hate all the child characters that appear exclusively in the movies. Can't remember the names of any of them but they really pissed me off.

I hate Near from Death Note as well. Maybe I just don't like children... well at least those in anime anyway.

exclusively in the movies.

Personally I just don't like series-based movies in general. Stuff like the Evangelion movies are fine since they're either continuations of an existing series, or in Rebuild's case, a complete redo.

By contrast; I find other movies tend to essentially be "here's a random movie with no connection to the series, other than featuring a few of its fan-favorite characters in random situations".

The first three Naruto movies are especially big offenders in this area.

Madaraki: I don't know how I missed it before, but you missed the Sharingan's biggest bullshit:

1. It's somehow the basis for a jutsu that can control the entire world population with an illusion.
2. It can somehow make its user immortal if they have a double Mangekyou.

2. It can somehow make its user immortal if they have a double Mangekyou.
Actually the double-Mangekyou is just the Eternal Mangekyou. It doesn't mean the user's immortal; it just means their eyes will never go blind from use. Madara's apparent immortality has not yet been explained, though I (among others) have theories.

Neji Hyuuga - Naruto Personally i can STAND this guy from the moment i first heard him talk i know im my heart that i was gonna hate him till the end of eternity everyone calls him a freakin genus and he is just to cocky i mean he though he could beat anyone with his famous line " i have no blind spots" i was very happy when i say him getting his arse handed to him by kinimaru(however his name is spelled you know the spider guy).

and thats all i can think of off the top of my head

Kuroshitsuji: Ciel and Ash

ciel is always serious and hes not a fun character to favor at all, dont like this guy, the leader of the phantomhive household sucks.

I obviously hate ash cuz in the last few episodes you find out that he has a split personality and its angela!! NOOOO she was evil afterall, the one that was seen having sexual acts and a leg massage is evil! Freakin Ash,im ashamed that their the same person.

Rem in DeathNote...just dont like this shinigami much, he's the one who initiate the killing of L...

Aizen, Momo, Sasuke, Light.
They all annoy me badly.
And I hope Aizen dies soon. >:c
I think everyone hopes Aizen dies soon. He was awesome by the end of the Soul Society arc, but he's gone from calculating to "lol I know everything".

The spider dude was Kidomaru. Bone dude was Kimmimaro *got them mixed up the first time around*

As for Neji; he was a twit during his first appearance, but he's mellowed out alright as time has gone on. IMO; the concept of "genius" in Naruto is rather overused. They seem to toss the label out to anyone who's learned some huge flashy technique before they even know what "sex" is.
Rem in DeathNote...just dont like this shinigami much, she's the one who initiate the killing of L...
Fixed. Rem was female :p

As for Rem; she was just hyper protective, and really, L's death isn't her fault. Light's the one who took advantage of her feelings and set up a no-win scenario for her.

Aizen Sousuke, Tousen, Sasuke Uchiha -- These are all characters that have to be percieved as awesomely powerful, and always has a card up there sleeve that we didn't know about and it leads them to alwasy have the upper hand, even after they used their trump card, they have another secret one.
