Aeris Or Aerith?

What gets me is that they spell it Aeris in FFVII, but spell it as Aerith in KH, KH: CoM and KH2! But I voted for Aeris seeing as how it's how I've always said her name growing up.

Aerith is visually applealing, but when reading it i tend to want to pronouns it as its spelt rather than the correct pronounciation. so i stick to Aeris. plus its what i grew up on.

Idk I always call her Aeris when I play.
But now that everyone and their mother calls her Aerith it's starting to stick.

Aerith. I used to call her Aeris, since that's how her name is pronounced, but now I like it the official way better xD Like Madison said, the Aerith spelling is more visually pleasing...although every time I say it aloud, I pronounce it that way...LOL

I "always" said Aeris. But visiting FFF daily, it's showed me that "Aerith" would be the better way.

I heard from somewhere that Aerith is the default name in Japan or something...
