does anyone else think that the air weapon boss was easy and fun? I did. and it gives you cloud's ultima weapon/sword when you beat it. I thought it was fun chasing that thing around in the airship. did anyone else?

His name is Ultima Weapon, or just "Weapon", for memory, and yeah he was easy, but annoying to find/follow.

Compare to Ruby Weapon and Emerald Weapon, he easy to beat. One good thing about the final battle with him is that you can learn the enemy skill shadow flare (his final attack) . Plus you can steal a reflect ring each time you encounter him on the ground.

I remember losing track of him between battles on my first playthrough and it pissed me off because I had to search the world to find him again.

Ultimate Weapon actually.

I thought he was pretty easy but I don't think he was meant to be all that hard since he was a storyline boss at one point in the game. Chasing him around was a bit of a pain though.

You can learn it from one of the monsters inside the Northern Cavern aswell.
