Ok I'm getting a little annoyed now. I just started playing and I can't even land a hit on any of the enemies. I don't have enough gil to buy or make a weapon (where ever you do that). I'm just frustrated.....man i feel like a n00b because of this game. Anymore advice on my next couse of action?
 
In Souther Cyril Beach you should try to win a fight and get enough gp to buy another Jack Knife then Dual Wield the knives and you'll do better, also you should put a lot of stat points into speed in the beginning so you don't get killed without a chance.
 
My best suggestion for you is to focus on most of the stats. Except for
magic and magic defense for now. (Seeing as you do not have magic)
Maybe also worry about your hp as well. But just a bit. You don't need
a high amount like 200-300.
 
I think I messed up in the begginning because i used my starting 500 gil to buy a defensive pose which is useless.....i guess I gotta post more to get like 200 gil then. Thanks for the help guyz.
 
u can ask for a reset to your character so u can have the 500 gils and u have to buy 2 jack knives so u can take more from ur enemies HP
 
yea it works ask anyone of the RPG mods, and they'll reset ur character
 
Well I don't think I need to now. I just got the hang of it and your advice worked. Thanx. I think I can hold my own now. No resetting needed xD.
 
When you're like level 5 you shoudl be able to take on the boss of the N. Cyrillian beach.

And How do you use magic. I bought the spell but it isn't listed while in battle why is that.
