im starting to get pissed cause my least favorite rule, random, has spread to almost every region. my question is, is there any certain way i can abolish it?

You can try going to a town where the random rule hasn't been spread into yet and keep choosing "Quit" instead of "Play". Do this several times until it the game spread the new rule to that area or it says it abolished the random rule from that area. Now, the game doesn't alway choose the random rule, so you may have to do this for a long time before you get it to work. Lol, just remember to save your game. ;)

or

I've heard some people claim (I've never tried this) that you can keep challenging the person to play and instead of choosing "Play, keep choosing "Quit". Eventually after a long time, the random rule will not come up.

There's a Balamb Garden student in Balamb, down by the docks. If you beat him by using all of the rules you've collected together, then he'll completely reset them all, leaving you free to start again :monster:.

As F.F.Fan said and as i already told someone in the help sub-forum you can keep challenging people and then cancel the game until they don´t try to had new rules and you play with the same rule forever;)

Yeah keep declining till the rule is gone, though not every one of the rules will disappear, the random should go bye bye. Though Random is fun to try to win on, it usually gives you 4 crap cards with a rare one, which sux.

Or another alternative is to refine all of your cards, except for the five best. That way you know what you're ending up with, and they're guaranteed to be good :monster:.

Spreading the rules was so frustrating at first but then i got all spread around by trial and error and i was happy.
It's all in the declining and only playing the rule you want.
