Yeah, it's CAG. But Ozma lurks in the stone thing at the bvack-pity you can't actually harness him-that would be very cool.

But I was surprised how easy he was compared to what people said-I mean, I found Emerald in FF7 MUCH harder-the him, Ozma was a child!

I think you need a dead pepper (can be found by digging in chocobo games) to get there the first time.
 
Chocobos Air Garden. It's a floating thing in the air, and you can't get too it without flying Choco
 
You need a golden chocobo then you simply just fly over the location and use dead peppers (I think O_O)
 
i got a golden chocobo but i couldnt figure out how to make it fly then i accidentaly overwrote my disc 4 data and my disc 3 broke T.T
