Blue Mage
Good, chivalry was stupid and sexist and the knights we've idolized since the Victorian era were mercenary cutthroats and good-for-nothing bluebloods. We as people killed chivalry by marketing our culture towards these movies.
OP, it seems like your real issue with this isn't necessarily the exploitation itself, but rather the double standard that seems to be applied to men's rights. "True" feminism can be seen as equalism, as it seeks to make the rights of men and women equal. Though it seems some people are only concerned with the female side of things.
It's good to draw a line between fanservice and exploitation. You can have sexy men and women half naked in your entertainment - but the key is whether they also have a personality/character/development.
When it comes to exploitation, I think the core issue isn't related to either sex. It simply that we value appearance more than anything, which leads to unrealistic expectations and influences stupid people.
