It's a dangerous thing.

I've been playing WoW for the last 45 min or so and apparently, the GM and one of the others starts questioning me and begin to accuse me of basically fucking around with them by RPing.

They look up my char name and find it matches a bio I did a few months ago and start making connections where there aren't any. Hell, the last time I saw the bio was when that RP ended due to GM disinterest. Apparently, that bio is either a] closer to who I am than I thought, or b] those two are fucking retarded.

Oddly enough, the simple fact that I admitted the bio was mine and gave info on it, should have been evidence enough that I wasn't RPing; any good RPer worth his/her salt wouldn't break character.

So, anyone else had a similar experience because someone found something about/pertaining to/relative to you?

Ugh, my two sets of grandparents are like this. I could just tell them that I'm breathing, and they'll start pestering me about it. As if I had just drove my car into a pit of marshmellows. They'll question every single move I make after I tell them something. Or they'll start assuming things about me that aren't even true. They'll claim I did something when I never did anything like they bring up.

Basically, this is why I hate them so bad (so, so bad). Beware of them if you're ever in New York state. They fucking show up anywhere, and they will question you. They should have just joined the FBI or some shit. Holy cow.
