A little help Final Fantasy I experts?

Currently playing through Final Fantasy (PSX) where you are given a % of items collected and enemies defeated as well as some bonus artwork, anyway I've completed the item collection 100% and the bestiary is currently at 96% and one enemy I am having real trouble finding is the Tyrannosaur, aparantly a rare find, I was wandering if anyone knew the best place to find these guys?

Wander around the Great Desert on the World Map. Should EVENTUALLY show up. Its just a green palette swap of the Allosaurus that you would of already found near there but stronger.

Cheers for the help, that's where I'd been searching but I'd just got frustrated from it taking so long, I guess i'll go back there and keep trying...

Edit: Just got the tyrannosaur, wheey! My Bestiary is almost complete all I need now is an Iron Golem (also managed to kill Warmech today) and i'm having a pain finding that now.

I'm playing FF1 on the PSP. I've just killed the boss in the fire temple thing, i forget the name of it..

pretty impressive game i have to say. I'd not played it before because i wasn't born in 87 (it was made in 87 wasnt it?) but the graphics on the PSP are amazing. great game.
