About a year ago they were sued though because they apparently stole the tune (which plays quietly in the background) from Kookaburra sits in the old gum tree song. I think that's sad, I don't think they stole the tune.

Still, people will sue other people for anything nowadays... It's quite sad.

I wouldn't have recognized it had you not said anything... That being said, I think people need to leave other people alone... It's not like the ENTIRE song was used... Just the beginning tune...
