Black Reaper
BACKGROUND STORY.
The year was 2046 in the city of Contasial. The uses of the government were getting more and more violent. The leaders of the city were restless, and killing citizens if they felt that they breathed the wrong way.
With the government's use of the old and new weapons, the helpless citizens felt that it was impossible to take the leader, Hiyazamo Kiichi, out. He is a man with very many bodyguards, and more weapons than any human thought possible to have.
What Hiyazamo doesn't know, is that there is an underground faction forming and growing larger in the lower parts of his city. People who feel the need, or fell they have what it takes gather together to think of ways to get rid of him.
Slowly, they've managed to get rid of some of the people who work under Hiyazamo. Although, they still have a long way to go before they can reach the main man.

Seven Bell Chaos 1

And here's my bio.
Name Yoru Tsukeru
Age 22
Sex Female
Alignment Seven Bell Chaos, the anti-goverment
association
Role Second in Command to Kir
Reason for Alignment/History When Yoru was five, a runaway missile exploded into the roof her home, setting the house ablaze and the caving the roof in. Her father was pinned under a heavy burning rafter, and could only call to her as she pressed in the corner, petrified. She couldn't find her mother, and remained huddled in the corner until she started to feel dizzy from the smoke. Just before she felt as if she couldn't take it anymore, she saw a shadowy figure rush in; arm to his face, and saw him crouch in front of her. "Hey, honey. Come with me, OK? I'll get you out of here!" he said, turning to let her climb onto his shoulders. Yoru hesitantly obeyed, and clung to his neck for dear life. He was a young man around 15, but he seemed so much more mature and adult than that. She cuddled into his shoulder, and cried, terrified.
Yoru soon came to know her rescuer as Kir, and he had taken the girl in as sort of a baby sister. They grew up together, looking out for each other, and always remaining close though with a bit of unbridgeable separation. Yoru felt as though she would always feel the burden of never being able to fully attach herself to another human, since those she had accepted and loved were ripped away in a raging blaze of heat and smoke.
One afternoon, she felt the urge to follow Kir, and find out exactly what he was doing every Wednesday at 4 o' clock. She followed him across town to find herself smacking into a young man about her age, just as witty, just as cynical, and quite intriguing. He mentioned something about his secret meeting, and she followed him upstairs. She came to realize that Raikichi was a member of Kir's resistance group that he had begun to form. Yoru knew of Kir's anti-Hiyazamo beliefs, and though he never forced them on her, she had developed them just fine on her own. She joined the group, meeting and befriending Raikichi and his kid sister Jayda.
Over time, realizing that no matter how hard she tried she wasn't going to win the tug of war with Raikichi, he proving time and time again he'd be there for her forever, she did learn to love him. He was the only person she could ever really feel totally at ease with. Kir was a reminder of her loss, and her hatred. Raikichi was an escape from that, a new clean slate. She loved him dearly.
Time passed, and Hiyazmo issued another draft to send more troops out to die for oil, power, and land. The Kodama family, as biomedical researchers, was forced to register themselves and their children with the government, and Raikichi was drafted to fight a war he viciously opposed. Yoru broke down in his arms the night before he left. He refused to let her say goodbye, and kept up his cocky humor that never seemed to die. The entire three months he was gone, Yoru felt even more alone than she had ever felt before, as if locked in a cold, dark, and empty room.
Knowing her Raikichi, any news of him coming back that soon wasn't a good sign. She learned from his parents that he had vulgarly and violently refused an order to eliminate a civilian family, was labeled a traitor, and was to be executed. The last she saw of him was he on his knees, facing the ground, dripping wet and grinning. "Every revolutionary was once considered a enemy," she heard him mutter. Hiyazmo insisted it be a public execution, setting an example. After his shot fired, at 5:45 p.m. on March 23, 2044, Yoru died. She became the ice queen before Riki's fire melted her down. Though she loved the Kodamas as a second family, she couldn't stand to be around them much. She grew to hold contempt for Jayda, not understanding how the girl could be so accepting and not nearly as bothered as she should have been by her brother's execution. Yoru can barely stand looking at the spitting image of her the single light she had in her shadowed world, and remembering the pain of it being extinguished before her eyes.
Personality She's snotty and reclusive. In cases of emergencies she gets caught up with her job, and people whom she's close to. She doesn't talk much, but states her opinion when she feels like it's needed, even if it's not.
Appearance Yoru has a stern, cold stare, her eyes a bright and eerily penetrating ice blue. Her raven black hair is neck length and sharply layered. Her outfit is glossy black and tightly form-fitting. The first layer of clothing she wears is like a leather bodysuit with a mandarin-style collar, and covering her abdomen, she has a corset like laced shirt. She also wears a long trench coat that hides her curves and weapons that she carries with her, a vicious katana, a pair of handguns, and two small daggers tucked away in case of an emergency.
The biography was a group project with my friend who is writing the background story to Raikichi and Yoru.
