Yeah, the only reason why I'd be willing to get a special edition of a game is to get the soundtrack or the artbook, but that doesn't seem likely to happen here.
Wow, I never thought about it... I was always happy with the contents of the game's FMVs, so I didn't realize how unbalanced they were. The only FMV I really wish they could have added was a shot of Ultimecia's Castle.
That picture of Oerba Yun Fang sitting with her spear over her shoulder... :inlove:
And stroking Snow's chin...!
Her clothes are starting to remind me of Rinoa, though.
I still think Lightning is sexy! But I like the final product of Oerba Yun Fang so far. Of course, I say that without knowing what she would have been like had she remained a man...
It's good to see some new information about The 3rd Birthday, too.
Yes. I don't know what the actual verified numbers are, but it's a fact that PS2 was far, far ahead of the other systems, no contest. I have no problem believing those Wikipedia numbers are true.
I really liked Gamecube. I actually think it had a better final game library than Wii has right...
1) Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots + Metal Gear Solid Database
This game, much like the series, was insane, but in a good way. I loved every minute of it. I added the database, because if there was ever a series in serious need of a database, it was Metal Gear Solid.
2) Valkyria...
Good, there's finally some sort of release date to look forward to. I think I'm the only person not getting God of War III, but isn't that around the time when FF13 is supposed to be coming out?
Please ignore Suikoden IV. I mean, finish it if you get the chance, but you're not missing much. (I don't hate it as much as most people do, but it's really the worst in the series.)
But Suikoden III is great! It's the last one that takes place in the same general region as I and II, so try it...
When I first saw Larsa (don't remember if it was in game or in a screenshot) I thought he was a short woman. But now that I know he's a boy he looks like a boy to me.
I like the understated parts of FF8 most of all, so the issues between Squall and Laguna are where the game really shines, in my opinion. Anything that's shown instead of told always means more to me in a book/movie/game. (Like when you visit Winhill and see the bullet holes in the wall of the...
Wow, I don't even know... how many am I allowed to list?
Just off of what I can remember right now:
1. Opening Movie. Does this even count? Haha.
2. SeeD Exam (Dollet Landing). I loved that part so much! The music and the cinema made it so dramatic. Plus, I played the demo too many times, so...
Thank you for that! I had no idea, and I always thought it was one part of the game that just wasn't explained well. That's kind of cute, now that I know.
Everyone always says that's the best way to do it, but I never had the patience. I only had 100 of each magic and just switched them around according to who needed it the most (like giving Haste to whoever had Speed Junction available).
I just think the game tried to fit too much into its plot. Like you said, it's about schools, and it's about sorceresses, and it's about summons erasing people's memories for some reason, and I don't know why Lunatic Pandora is in the game. It's like they had all of these ideas and threw them...
Yeah, I definitely think you're good to go... if you're level 40 before Temple of the Ancients (a little less than halfway through the game) you should be fine.
