Not a huge fan of the DS remakes so hope they stay away from that route, but I suppose they do look a lot better on PC than they did on the DS so maybe it wouldn't be so bad afterall. I've always hoped for decent PSP/Vita releases of V and VI, following on from IV: Complete, though I doubt this...
All of the main numbered titles native to those consoles. For the Playstation; VII, VIII and IX. For the Playstation 2; X and XII.
I'd generally say stay away from anything before VII though. I-VI are (pretty bad) ports and are best experienced on other systems. They are good little games...
I don't think they will keep it. It might be similar somewhat but it'll have a twist to it. Like they said, they want to have fun and take a different approach. Bring it up to date.
We knew this was going to happen ever since even the PS4 got announced or even before that. We all know it is going to continue from next-gen console to next-gen console. We all know it is not going to happen, yet.
Give us a damn decent XV. The franchise NEEDS it after XIII and its spawn.
It...
I think I have a pretty good idea of whats going on, why and where they are going with it. They have basically consolidated all the different timelines/universes into one, bringing everything since '61 to a conclusion, and are now (through Secret Wars and its Battleworld) building up to a new...
Is anyone here keeping up with Marvel comics, either currently or going through collections of older stuff?
I used to read comics when I was a kid but stopped for a long time. The Marvel Cinematic Universe has inspired me to get back into reading them, as well as a couple of friends who keep...
I loved Avengers 2. It was action packed, funny (especially the Thor's hammer bit), shows more of Hawkeye (considering he got largely overlooked in the first film) and begins to build up future films for Wave 3. Considering some actors contracts are up and a new team will be assembled for...
Currently playing IX and XII. It's been years since I've gone back to either of these and XII is somewhat refreshing. It doesn't deserve the hate it gets.
FFII's system is a bit of a naff one, yes. Sounds great on paper but in practice gets frustrating... for many people it is what holds the...
I tried getting into the old Phantasy Stars on the Megadrive but just couldn't hack it. After years of playing Final Fantasy and other great RPG's, Phantasy Stars battle system and screen is horrid.
Sonic the Hedgehog 1, 2, 3, Sonic and Knuckles and Spinball. The classic and best period of the franchise. Comix Zone, Mortal Kombat, Street Fighter and Altered Beast are also pretty good games.
I've played and completed IV on the SNES, PS and GBA but have never gotten to the end of the PSP's 'The After Years'. I do intend to at some point though.
Have fun with V. It gets a lot of slack but IMO it is one of the better early titles and very fun. Enjoy!
Not really as it is still considerably better than me :P Two people of interest. One is on tour atm and things probably won't go anywhere even when they get back and the other... is a quite complicated mess of a situation that probably won't go anywhere either. :wacky: but other than that its...
You silly jimjam. At least you didn't reply to your own wall though, like I seem to still do on occasion. :wacky:
Well I haven't bought any since... but I may have been bumming the odd one or two from people. By may I mean I have. and by odd one or two I mean a lot more. Still progress though...
Rage is optional however Gau can become the most powerful character in the game by building it up right and certain Rage's are incredibly useful (especially during the WoB). Rages give Gau access to strong magic very early on (and at no MP cost!), status protections and a range of special (e.g...
The Agonist - Eye of Providence
The new album from Melodic Death/ Metalcore band The Agonist and first with new vocalist Vicky Psarakis. I'm really liking it so far and Vicky sounds great. Might even like it more than the new Arch Enemy (where The Agonists former vocalist has gone). These guys...
