I dunno about the mics. WoTG is one of four expansions, you need all four to get all of the bonuses of FFXI. Just get the FFXI Vana'Diel Collections, it contains the game and all four expansions. Race plays no importance, however, you can't meet people on different servers without changing server.

^ Yeah, because that's not closed minded. I prefer BLU. RDM is used by EVERYONE now, and most peolple who use it suck at it. I hate RDM/NIN, though, most awful thing ever. It's pure exploitation.
