*Go to Ocean
*Get Sea Stone
*Go through the Ocean Floors
*Get the Oracles of Earth and Ice
*Find the Hidden Temple
*Get the Oracle of Light
*Talk Minwu at temple of elements

hidden temple is when you talk to miwu after getting all of the oracles apart from light then buy oracle of light at the shop in hidden temple
