It's like when someone is designing a game. They show the character as like a skeleton, and they're changing stuff about the character. I wish I could explain myself better. Hopefully, you'll understand.

Are you talking about how to draw Tifa step by step or...more like how they designed her? I know you aren't talking about renders though. Unless someone can come up with something more specific I'd say google around for the key words "How Tifa was designed" or etc...

To create 3d rendered animations anyone with an application can do it.

Poser is the most user friendly with good production quality.

Its on the expensive side. You'd probably have to warez it.

Youtube has an excess of those types of clips.
