Sky Garden?

Chocobo's Air Garden is just like Chocobo's Forest and Lagoon. I.e. you can dig for treasures there. It's also where you fight Ozma.
To find the Air Garden, you must first have a gold chocobo. Once you have that, you'll also need some Dead Peppers and having all six Chocograph Pieces will help too. The clues written on the Pieces are clues as to where the Air Garden may be loated at any given time. I can't remember all of the exact locations, but one's in the dead centre of the sea. Another is close to Alexandria. You'll be able to recognise them by a blak spot on the ground. Hover above this with your chocobo, and use the Dead Pepper. After the first time you've been in, the Air Garden will appear on the map, but the location will be different every time you go to a town
