Jack Daniels is a dreadfull drink, it will kill you, not because of the alcohol but because it is shite.
WHISKY FOR BEGINNERS
Whiskey can be divided into 2 groups... Blended or single malt
Blended are shit... it's not an opinion, it's a fact
Single Malt is where its at, these can be catagoried into 3 areas of Scotland.
1) Highland - Very strong flavour, not to my taste, but excellent.
2) Lowland - A more subtle flavour, I am quite a fan.
3) Isles - My favorite!! A very peaty taste (and an aquired one at that!)
Finally a word on Irish whisky... there are some great ones out there but I'm no specialist on them, I tend to think the Scottish do it better.

Mit, they all taste the same at first but my advice is to buy a single malt highland,lowland and Isle.. try them all... then take a shot of Jack Daniels.
I guarentee, you will see the diference. JD tastes of chemicals.
