I have never played this FF game (as well as FF6). I have been thinking about buying it off E-bay. of course the chepeast I found them on E-bay is for $59.99 (this is the BUY NOW price). So is the story as good as the claims? Would it be worth my money?

It's a great game, and if you have the money to spend on something for yourself, I think it would be worth it (that's about what a new game costs these days).
Also, if you have a PS3 or a PSP, you can download it from Sony for $9.99

Its an awesome game, actually. The story is as good as they say. The graphics are very similar to LOD, but slightly worse, but the gameplay and story make up for that. Its definitely worth trying, at least. Once you play, you can see why Cloud pwns on all levels

What s/he said. Didn't you say in your intro you were soon to get a PS3? I wouldn't bother forking out all that money for a game, if you could just do that, if it was like $20 I'd say just go for it, but that's abit steep
Also, IMO, I think it's worth it, you just have to be prepared for thelego graphics. They don't bother me, but I'm used to them now, I also think the story is awesome, it had me gripped from start to finish when I first played it, i just could NOT put the control pad down. But that's just me, and Im one of them fangirls who loves it 8F
Even if you don't like it, you won't know until you give it a chance, so go for it (just not at $60, that's alot of money to decide you don't like a game 8F)
