This thread is only to musicians(not only, but most to), the point is to tell something that happened to you in your music carreer, anything, the instruments you play, anything really, just needs to be around music.
Like:
My favotite instruments are: Alto-sax, electric bass, piano and drums
Stuff like this see?

I play Alto-sax, but in a band I play it, and in another it's electric bass.
But i also play drums(just jazz), and piano(part of One Winged Angel, and Weapon Raid)​
 
I played the flute in high school. I can also sort of play the piano. I have almost mastered Aeris's theme! I used to be able to play Zelda pretty well on it too, but not so much anymore.
 
I play the piano/keyboard. Am I good at it? Heh, I just started like a year ago, with on and off practice. So um, I don't think I'm quite good at it. I'm ok though. I can read music sheets, but I'm slow and I have to write it down. And then I'll memorize it and it'll naturally come to me as I play.

I've remembered something that happened to me.
One year, in my auditions(suppose it's like this) my music was "Dark Messenger", from FFIX(who doesn't know that) and a girl came to me and said: "Where are the skeletons, Bruno?". But, in the moment... when I was at the stage, it was wonderful... the music started... and when it came to the part where we hear a sound like "We will rock you" (almost at the beggining of the music) it was wonderful... everyone moved their feet and hands in the rhytmn... it was wonderful. Then someone said to me: "You had the courage to do diferrnt from everybody. You're THE only one."

Since then, it came "Vamo'alla Flamenco".
And this time, in the end of the 3rd term will be "The 13th Struggle", "Passion/My Sanctuary" (both from KHII), "Normal Battle" (FFX), and "Clash On The Big Bridge" (FFXII)...

And I don't know what's next.
 
That's not a problem. Where the hell is a alto-sax in "Dark Messenger"

Hmm, yes I know. But it can get quite frustrating, y'know? Especially since I bought my keyboard a year ago now...I can only play three songs...not to mention that I only know half of the song for each one. =/

I really want to take some lessons, but my schedule is so hectic. Ah well, there's plenty of years ahead of me...

I'm in the same boat as you are.
I only know half of the notes for almost every song I play. LOL.
 
I still was like that at the begining.
And I find this foto of me along my stuff.
 
in three weeks I'll be starting trumpet lessons. A friend will teach me.
 
I play the violin, have for many many years. For 11 years actually, although I don't play as much as I used to. I still love it though. I'd love to get some Final Fantasy pieces to play.
 
I'd love to learn how to play the violin. I think it has one of the best sounds, aside from piano and harp, IMO.

I used to play Violin when I was about 10 or 11, I stopped though it didn't really appeal to me anymore, still though it was kinda cool.

if I were to play anything else I'd want to play the accordion:D
