I went to take my pill this morning, popped it out of the packet and then it occurred to me it was Wednesdays I was about to scoff, so I left it in there, went for Mondays, noticed it was empty....I thought, maybe Id had it already this morning and Ive forgotten, then I noticed Tuesdays was gone too

So now I think Im losing my fucking mind because I can't explain where the chuff they have gone, or if Ive stupidly taken 2 in one day....

And now I'm confused about my days again
