Ok so there are some really in KH Birth by Sleep like
1.Ven looks more like Roxas than Roxas is o_O
2.I just realized now that Terra is a guy whats up with that!

Well, to avoid giving a spam-ish spot, I can just say that if you're referring to that pic you're using, hand drawn and actual game graphics have some decent differences to them, so better to look at the game graphics than what was draw I think.

I mean, for Ven and Roxas, there's different facial expressions and poses in that pic, so it's easy to look different even if it's not suppose to be.
 
I think it has deliberately been drawn that way, Roxas looks like Nomura has tried to make sure he's more masculine and older, therefore, fits in with the rest of Organiztion XIV and there's probably a reason Ven looks like Roxas. Plus they''re both from different time periods. I also concur with what Fusion said. :monster:

wasn't actually a Nobody

A gender confused failure of a clone of Sora! No really.

I think Roxas looks like himself, although the hair in the back looks too long for his style, and the happy smiling almost conniving face seems out of place for his character. Actually where does the age change originate from, exactly? I've never seen it or heard of it outside of this picture.

I never new there was any confusion on Terra's gender.... o.o

I think that perhaps people expected Terra to be Terra from FF6, who is female.

Sadly that means that they'll probably never add Terra to the KH franchise now that they already have a Terra... Unless they call her Tina.

Ven (now Ventus for us) IS Roxas. Not only can you tell from graphics and artwork, but I think what they are trying to do here is to show that Roxas really did have a life before he (I guess) `became' a Nobody and had his name switch to a anagram of Sora (Roxas) only they added a "X".

So, I think that Ven is really Roxas only showing us his real life, as a keyblade master before Sora.
I hope that made sense lol

As for Terra (the male!) I wonder why they felt they had to name the characters after the elements of out planet; Earth, Sea and Sky. Does every character from a SE game need to have elemental names? Cloud, Squall, Aerith/Aeris, Terra, Aqua and now Ven/Ventus.

I was disappointed when I saw "Terra" and it turned out to be "Terra" a Zack look a like, not that I have a problem with Zack or anything.

In this game, I think I'm gonna like playing as the three more than the other KH games because it shows new keyblade masters instead of one.
(I like Sora, so I didn't mean anything by the above^)
 
I agree, Terra is VERY reminiscent of Zack. Oh well. First thing I thought when I saw the BBS Trailer was "Sweet! Zack can time travel/dimension travel, Kairi dyed her hair blue, and Roxas changed his name! Real original Square. Reeeal original."

But at this point, it just feels like they're over-complicating the story with things like that. I mean especially with the Xehanort, Riku, Roxas, Xemnas, Ansem crap.

SE can't do anything different, which is why we have so many Cloud wanna-be's and stuff.
 
Noruma can only recreated the same character with a slight alteration to them and a change to their gender.

Well, you never know; there is one of the main characters Riku, and despite the same sounding name, they still added Rikku from FFX-2, so maybe there's hope for Terra yet :awesome:

The elemental references don't bother me personally in the SE games. I don't understand why people would get so miffed about it. It's a little like how there's always a Cid in every FF game, you know? Just a reoccurring theme.

As for the Zack resemblance with Terra, I'd be lying if I said I didn't notice similarities, but I chalk it up more to the fact that both of them were designed by Nomura; similarities are bound to occur, right? O.O

I actually really like the elemental references.
Riku, sora, kairi=Earth, sky and sea respectively in japanese
Terra, Ventus, Aqua=the same in latin.

Maybe it is just because I love latin and japanese. =D
 
cant wait....

i cant wait to play this game in english,crap country i live in dont sell most games,an nearly all my friends aborad r saying its 1 of the best kingdom hearts theyv played....sooo i hope to dwload it sooon from the net to put it on my psp....but can any1 tell me whene its cuming out in english.
 
okay let me think, Ventus is Roxas hmm and Sora somehow (maybe he gets into him dunno), Aqua is somehow Kairi, Vanitas (armored guy) is somehow Riku and Terra must be Xemnas they look really alike and there are a many other similaries and proofs that Xemnas we know is somehow Terra combined with Master Xenaroth!!

There is an actual Zack in the game, and fans must have reacted well with how Zack looked thats why they used his features (some of them) in making Terra if they used any at all.
