HELP! :holyshit:

so i just figured out that i've been going about this game ALL wrong, but i don't wanna start over! it would just really help if i could do some quick power-leveling, and also rack up some nice LP kinda fast. i'm at Raithwall's Tomb. any suggestions???

also, if you can remember what level your party was on at Raithwall's Tomb, could you please tell me?

THANKS EVRY'ONE!

What do you mean you have been going about this all wrong, be a little more specific. As for the party members if I remember I used Vaan, Basch, and Bathlier. But as for leveling up I think if I remember right if you kill the same type of monster over and over again you get a chain going and you get more expirence. Its been a while since I played so forgive me if I got it wrong.

For LP, just go to Giza plains and attack away. While you're in Rabanastre it's wise to go onto the public cruise airhip and buy some teleport stones. Usew the one going to Bujerba, you can level up there easily. Do some hunts too. There should be some new ones leading to other new ones.

My party was around 15 or 20 for Raithwall's tomb, I think. Raithwalls tomb is the one beyond the sandsea, right?

I would recommend getting to around 25 so you won't have to train up right after the tomb. Once you get to a sufficient level, the Ozmone plains are a great place to train. Go to the place with lots of those horse things and chain them, good exp and good loot.

Hmmm... My tip in getting a lot of LP is go slaughter the Urutan-Yensa in the sand sea. You'll also get a lot of chains there.^^

Leveling up? The Urutan-Yensa will also help. But if you want your members get very strong, it's kinda a very hard process which I learned. Use only one member and equip him/her your best equipments and let him/her fight against any opponent. The experience will be tripled. But if you find an easier way, then use it!

It's up to you:)

Well i'm also on my first walkthrough of this game at that part you're in now all my characters were at level 18 except Vossler who was 19 because that's the level he had and i did fine, Raithwall's tomb is actually a pretty good place to level up, you can get your characters to a good level fast there, around 20 if you want.

well, if i remember correctly, and i probly haven't but stil. . .i spent alot of time in the miines at bhurjeba, chaining up the skeleton things, there an alright way of collecting LP and as for EXP, if you equip some weaker weapons then you should be able to get quite good EXp from them. and once they have stopped appearing then you can just run (holding R1 i think it is) two areas away and then come back and they start comming back to life.

I'm at raithwalls aswel, everyone is like level 17/18 or there abouts. Once you're in just go and chain some skeleton dudes that are a little further in, remembering not to fuck it up by killing anything else of course, jus leg it f another monster pops up, there is a nice area to train in where the 2 parts of the map look symetriacal, just puic a side. And as you level up and also get moar and moar loot to sell, you will also get LP while you're at it

I always fuck up with my LP, il spend my points and think oshit, I should have done that instead... :gasp:

Follow whatsisname's advice: Go through the Sandsea and whup up on Urutans. It's easy and plus you can get up a really good chain on them.

You'll eventually be able to buy Golden Amulets from the Eruyt Village, which double your LP yield - those might help. You'll be heading there relatively soon. Also, LP don't count towards your overall stats, unless you go for the Augments, so it's no big deal - you'll gather more LP later.

As I recall, I was overlevelled and at about 13-16 with my characters.

I was thinking of the still shrime of miriam when I said chain skewleton efforts. They DO have them in there, but chaining them is a bit of a ball ache. Chaining those irtan efforts though is easy. Just watch out for that annoying entity. I had to run like a bitch from one of those with like 8 urtan yensa thingies howling at my heels D:

I got sick of the sight of the sandsea in the end though, so didnt stick around in there for long. You can also get a golden whatsit from doing the dalmascan patient sidequest AND there's one that might be in a chest somewhere between raithwalls tomb and uh...Ozmone plain, coz liek, i have 2 now. So as Kerry says, fucking up yuor LP is no big deal
