Top 5 nastiest bugs in the world

Brain bugs D: Oh gawd my skin is crawling now. Im so glad I didn't come across this thread last night I would of had nightmares, and I had some weird arsed dreams at it was.

I can't believe the size of that wasp thing *shudders*

I was reading that the other day... Oh my god... The bot bug is so disgusting... Thank god I don't live in Central or South America... *gag*

Japanese hornets are scary.... O_O

Those bugs are on crack.

I mean...an ant that shrieks? Wow. One thing I do find interesting though is that army ants do use their bodies to build a fort for their queen. Their social organization is one of its finest...for an insect.

I don't think I should read this. Bugs freak me out.

But damn...I'm so curious.

...

Holy shit, man. That's INTENSE. Those dudes are hardcore. I couldn't bring myself to watch any of the videos.

The bot fly was gross, but the Japanese hornet one was pretty sweet. I mean, who doesn't want to see a bunch of bees get massacred?

It makes me glad to live in England. The only remotely scary things we have are adders and Iv never encountered one in my entire life. If I saw one of those big ant efforts I think id lock myself away

Killer bees have already made it to the US. Colonies have been found in the southwestern United States. I once saw some guy on animal planet exterminate one of their nests.

yeah, there was a big scare about them rapidly moving out across the states a year or two back. I guess it never happened, still not a pleasant thing to have in your country though.

Ew, that Bot Fly was freaking gross. For some reason, I find Army Ants fascinating though; I probably wouldn't if I lived in South America though. >_<

That video with the hornets killing all those bees was kind of scary :O

You know, after reading about those bugs, I don't I'm ever going to leave my house with out carrying a flamethrower.

Those hornets are pure evil, I say :elmo: And those soldier ants... *shudders*

Now I suppose that list was going for "evil and malicious" when it used the word nastiest, but if I were to use that word purely for "oh god i shat myself in fear" usage...the solifugae (i.e. camel spider) would be number 1:

Crikey! Isn't it a beaut?

That thing's a spider??? Ugh...I thought it was some sort of giant ant at first glance.

Disgusting either way.

Oh my...god. Just...my god. I am scared for my life, actually.

So, If I hear a shriek in my direction, I am running as far as I can.

OMG! A SPIDER!!!! MY god. >_<;;

The scariness about them was a rumor caused by emails, they aren't even poisonous.
