So, Who else liked the Magus Sisters?

What I really wanted to know was, were they in any other game as playable summons besides X? I actually liked using them except for the fact that their moves were not controlled. I think they should return in future games...

You?

Lol at all these threads.
Anyway if they were controllable they would be far to UBER to use.
Im not sure if they were controllable in any other but you fight them in a few games, ff4 was one of them :monster:

I liked the Magus sisters a lot too, they were amazingly powerful and their uniqueness interested me. I would love it if they returned in any future game ^_^

I know they're bosses in FFIV....but i think thats it..

I'd be disappointed if they retained THAT appearance in a future game, but it'd be nice to see 'em show up one more time.

As for their playability, I fucking hated the silly bints. Their abilities were damn good, but Jesus, how many breaks do you want fatty?

Nah I hate the Magus sisters after the Dark Aeon versions in FFX kept mauling me.

They were in FFIV but they were enemies and they were a real pain in the ass to fight.

I was actually surprised to see them in another FF game and as summons. They seemed to be a bit of a random choice.

Hmm i found them easy to fight (ff4 ones)
I didn't mind the ffx ones since they were a challenge :monster:

You never fail to cause epic lulz.

I loved them, though, and they're second only to Anima for me. They helped me train in the Omega Dungeon and finally get strong enough to wipe out the Dark Aeons [:

I had no problem with them at all. They were uber-powerful right from the start and could whoop a monsters ass in seconds. I only know a bit on their backstory in FFX, so I'll probably go digging to find more if I can search up some reliable sources.

They were alright, kinda didn’t really fit in as a summons in my opinion (almost as if was an after thought by the designers). They where pretty powerful right off the bat which was a plus, it just to bad that I barely used them.

I would like to see the Magus sisters come back. They were overpowered summons in X, but I still like the idea of Magus sisters being summons.

Apparently they were a cameo in FFIX:

The statue in Alexandria bears a striking resemblance to the Magus sisters, one figure being short, one being tall and slender, and the last being rather round. A plaque by the statue tells of three Knights of Pluto who fought bravely in the 15th Lindblum War in 1601.

Overpowered? How so?

Only thing I really hated was that we could not really control their moves and they took too many breaks.

They were incredibly strong from the off, and had a tonne of HP which most fiends couldn't hope to deplete before their special attacks kicked in. It deteriorated the novelty of having useful and new Aeons; you obliterated everything and anything before you had a chance to see a decent selection of their skills. Anima was powerful too, sure, but she didn't have every skill listed in the game.

The Magus Sister in X were like little children playing with big guns. Wasn't enjoyable to use them at all.

The Magus Sisters were great summons in X. They were both unique and very powerful. I like the form they took on as the Aeons. It was a bit annoying that you couldn't directly control the attacks they used.
There only other appearence that I know of is just as people have stated, in FFIV as a boss. I have yet to play IV. I started, however, I'm gonna get the 3D remake on the DS. Looking forward to facing the IV form in 3D.

Overpowered? How so?

Just their physical attacks alone roughly did around 9,999 to 20,000-ish. (I don’t remember very well.) Not to mention there are three of them and each of them had their own special moves. (Camisade, Razzia, Passado.)
