Spiders!

Eventough I dislike spiders with all of my being, I can never kill 'em. I always would have to call one of my older sis's to kill 'em. I dont know why I cant bring myself to do it.

Well its only me and my girlfriend and our son in the house. We are both scared, so its either kill them with something (we prefer long objects such as brushes, mops etc) or let them roam around. The latter being a big no no.
 
Im not clicking on any of the links in this thread, otherwise I'll get the shakes and just start freaking out! Seriously Im terrified of them, Im have arachnophobia badly. All my life Ive been scared of them, enough Im alot bigger then they are. Red money spiders are the only ones that dont freak me out, but only cause they are the most smallest spiders goin lol.

Here in Bradford Ive come across jumping spiders! And they can move when they want to. Its like they are very clever cause when I move, they dart down the nearest crack and wait till Ive moved. My boyfriend spent ages trying to kill one, but it kept running and jumping away from him!! Cant wait to go home!!!
 
Spiders...evil little critters. Actually, the little ones aren't that bad. It's the big ones that belong outside...not in my house. Enter my house and you die, spiders...you've been warned.
 
Aint it kinda weird how when you were a kid, you actually looked for spiders to catch. But as you get older you grow a dislike toward 'em.
See I have killed spiders before by capturing them in jars with no holes in them...
 
Why do ppl hate spiders again?

Well I like them. I don't mind them being around. I have saved a few from death and I only failed once :P I hate ppl saying "It's just a spider not a human" when I'm trying to save a spider. Don't ask me questions why I like them. I'm animal lover remeber? :P ^_^
 
^ That's one of the reasons I don't like the killing of spiders. I'm an animal lover somewhat... but really. Cause if there's a different way of getting rid of 'em I'll do it. But If not.. I want it gone... forever not on earth no longer. :)
 
I used to love spiders, but now i love washing them down the drain :P

Then you're not much of an animal lover:rolleyes: I would never kill an animal, never. Not even the most poisnous snake in the world. I want to save them rather than kill them. I would even like to hold a tarantula, even if it's poisnous

oh god spiders... i totally freeze when i even see a little one, i'm really arachnophobic... i even shiver is i see one in World of Warcraft...
luckily spiders aren't so common in there :dry:

it's not their fault, i know that, they just want a "territory" where they can eat little bugs, but i can't stand them in my house..

last time i had to wake up my mother to kill it

yes, i am 16 years and not 6 :worried:
 
NOOOOOOOOOO! Never kill a spider, that's really bad luck! Also, spider or loads of flies? I choose a spider. Most people are scared of them becase of the way they move but you have to put yourself in the position of the spider..... you can kill it, it can't kill you. Thats why they stay still, they hope you havn't noticed them. Then they move as fast as they can to a safer place. It's cute if you think about it.

No more killing spiders Seph!!!!
 
So it's not suppose to be OK for humans to kill spiders. But what about the poor flies getting killed by the spiders.
 
Bah, I don't kill spiders that are outside or just chilling on a web. I can't stand having spiders in my house though. I most have them in the basement, or the rooms near the basement, which is my computer room. -_- Hey, at least I don't near any poisonous ones! :D

I'm fine with spiders outside my house, as long as they don't interrupt my routes of travel.
Like...on the way to the car, or on the way to the driveway. :monster:
Intolerable.

And people keep them as pets, which I suppose can be a good thing if your house is infested with flies, but still.....>.<
 
Lol. If they are outside and FAR away I shall avoid them at all cost. Just don't come down outta nowhere. Ugh. I hate webs that get caught on my face. x___x.

i am the kind of person who as soon as he sees a spider he has to kill it, i just cannot stand them one bit especially if they are in my room and i am about to sleep, one time i had 5 daddylonglegs in my room *killing time*
 
Ah, crud, that really sucks when that happens, Hayate.
I get caught in those all the time, especially passing through the rose bushes and whatnot. x__X

Kinda...like the black widow hiding place.
I've just been lucky no spider is ever on the web when I catch one.
 
OMG, FFguy! OMG!

Warb, I freak when I hit a web. I mess my hair trying to get things out of it. I shake my clothes, turn in circles. It's bad. lol. After all that I realize there is nothing on me. I still itch the rest of the day though.
