This is referring to the RPG Inferno part of the site where users can barder back and forth for the game; not a Yard Sale you're looking to have or browsing through.
You need 50 posts and to wait about an hour to be moved into the "Member" group to play the RPG at this site.

The trading feature in the RPG would hypothetically allow players to set up shops where players would donate money in order to receive powerful weapons. However, the trading feature doesn't work yet, so a few determined players have traded weapons through some of the RPG mods doing it manually (which has problems of it's own).
Like the clan area, it isn't of much use yet.

It would be if an admin would unlock it.
I already tried to convince them to open that forum in order to avoid the Club Forum to become the current forum for RPG Clans as well 
Guess we will have to wait until Gold...
or expect a miracle..
