Help Help!! World of Final Fantasy!

Hey Guys,

I have bought World of Final Fantasy, and it is a realy impressive cool game! I found in the first side-quest 'Best Helm in The Realm' the 'Earth Hammer' in a chest on the end of the first dungeon! But because i have things to try out, i used this item for myself (Foolish!). So now i can not complete the side-quest. Is there an option to get the 'Earth Hammer' back again? I checked the shop, but nothing there, i played the dungeon again, but the chest is already open.

Can someone please help me? Or should i start the game again?

The reward for the quest is 5 Hi-Potions so unless you're trying to platinum the game there's no need to restart.

I haven't found any yet and i'm about into the third dungeon/ second town bit. The shop has sold some attack items though the low tier ones so if you don't want to restart it may just take a bit more time till they sell that attack item. So if it's bugging you that much since it's not to far into the game you might be better off restarting only if it's bugging you that much though.

Edit: Okay so im about 11 hours in and that's taking into account a small amount of grinding since I was back tracking for some mirages and dungeon puzzles. But after the fifth dungeon, the pirate ship area one, once you do that set of boss battles new items become available in the shop and you can buy the item you need then and it's not that expensive only 1,000 gil.

None of the side-quests are "miss-able". They're always items that are buyable or a monster drop (or a kill n of some type of mirage). You'll have plenty of Earth Hammers soon enough.
