Zodiac Spear

I've now reached the Necrohol of Nabudis. And I'm looking for the Zodiac Spear. Where do exactly I find it?
P.S.: There are 3 or more doors that say say something (can't remember) and some words like "might", Love" and "Bravery" are said. What's up for the doors?
 
those doors are for the chaos esper sidequest.

for the zodiac topic, search in youtube "ff XII zodiac spear" or something, there are good movies that show how to reach the place.
 
I'm not sure about the American version but in the European version there are certain chests throughout the game which you must NOT open in order to obtain the Zodiak spear so there is a posability that you will not be able to obtain it if the specific chests have been opened.

Those doors lead to the esper chaos. To open them you gotta get a medallion in both Rabanastre and Archades and then find the last one in the Nebreus deadlands. If you wanna know in more detail how to open the doors I'd imagine theres a topic here already about that.
 
you basically have to keep going through it till u reach... going up stairs..

go up em..
and keep going straight..

one of the rooms on the left has the chests

the zodiac spear looking north is 4 across 2 up

the rest are rubbish unless you have a diamond armlet.. if not leave em and come back later for better fings..

multiple zodiac spears can be found in the herne mines..
