I am asking people what they think of how he presents his views on religion.

If you have never heard of Zeitgeist go his website at http://www.zeitgeistmovie.com/

I personally think that his way of presenting the knowledge makes a lot more sense then what I was taught and I grew up in an Episcopal church(my dad is a priest). The information that is given to us in part on makes so much sense to me.

Thoughts/opinions/ideas

Haven't watched it, can't now (Family Guy is on:randompoke:) but isn't it a movie with fake beliefs and attitudes to show how easily influenced we are?

The whole "Sun God" theory(and pretty much all of Zeitgeist) has been debunked.

One interesting note about Zeitgeist is the lack of citation, combined the butchering of out-of-context quotes. It claims to be a movie of truth, while using the same old tactics to perpetuate lies.

I didn't watch the whole thing, since it was 2 hours long, but I jumped around and watched various parts.

I feel that the message, for those that watch and and don't know how to take things with a grain of salt, is very captivating. They use a lot of statements that back each other up and this alone is enough to convince people who don't already have strong belifes (thats a lot of people).

The entire thing seems kind of like a documentry class lesson with brain washing properties.
