Yiazmat + Stone shot

To get Yiazmat to appear you need to do every single hunt and defeat Hell Wyrm. Only then will he be an available enemy. And mirror scales come from those Mirrorknights via poach or drop.

Thanks for the information about Yiazmat, but when can I start to kill Hell Wyrm? And stone shot... but I've already killed more than 500 mirror knights and i have 0 (ZERO!) mirror scales, and ive poached more than 50 and i still have 0 (ZERO!) mirror scales... are they really rare?

Are they rare? I'm not sure. I've honestly gotten some before. It wouldn't suprise me if they were though. I take it you haven't tried for the Touresol yet? lol That thing is all of those super rare drops. You can have a chain through the roof and you're lucky to get one on the hour. It's insane. You literally have to pretty much dedicate full days to it.
Apparently you can also steal it from the Dreadguard, which is a rare version of the Mirrorknight in the Feywood. So steal from them if you can.

"You'll need to do another boring side quest in order to be able
to fight with Hell Wyrm. Before you can do anything, you must've completed
the "Vyraal" mark hunt to get a Dragon Scale. Once you have the Dragon
Scale, you need to head to Cerobi Steppe (Located north of The Port at
Balfonheim, or east of The Tchita Uplands), and look for windmill #10. You
can find the numbers for each windmill by examining each one. Windmill #10
is located in the most northeastern portion of Cerobi Steppe. A man
should come out, and aparantly he wanted to see/research the Vyraal. If you
give him the Dragon Scale from the Vyraal, he'll give you an Ageworn Key,
used for acess to the area where the Hell Wyrm is found.
Battle Strategy: Now, head to The Sochen Cave Palace and go to the area of
"Destiny's March", and run an entire circle from the southeast to southwest,
northwest, then eventually northeast. You should then see a message stating
that you hear a door's sound opening. Now go west, and you'll find a "secret
area", that you've never explored before. Follow the path around, then use
your Ageworn Key to acess the area where the Hell Wyrm is found." - Game FAQ
