This is a serialization based on solely baking bread. The anime is based off the manga. I've read most of the manga and saw all the anime. After going through both, I never knew how interesting baking bread could be. The miracle wonder of manga. Makes me want to become a professional baker lol. Also the dangers of manga I suppose.
