WoW Question

I have a quick question pertaining to World of Warcraft!

Okay, so I have a friend who's playing on a Mac (not ideal for gaming, but whatever) and has a one-click mouse, meaning that she cannot perform right clicks on items and stuff.

You know when you defeat an enemy and you can right click their dead body to pick up drop items? Is it possible to pick up those drop items without using the mouse? I'm thinking there might be a key you can press instead.

If you can help, great. If not, thanks anyway.

The apple command key. You have to hold it down and the mouse at the same time, that is a right click. I think, I don't have a Mac but the Macs I've used did that.

Edit: I see. Well, it's still something to try! I'm not at all familiar with Macs, so anything helps. =]
