Do you feel that Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories is worthy enough to play such a significant role in the series? It seems weird connecting the events of Kingdom Hearts and Kingdom Hearts 2 directly to this GBA title that uses a card combat battle-system.

I guess it boils down to whether or not you like the game.

well its worthy enoough to be getting a PS2 remake :P

so i say that yes it is significantly important.

I dislike the game, personally. But you must connect this, call this game Kingdom Hearts 1/2 or something, because its storyline does affect the entire KH seires.

Agreed, though I like the game. It seems that many people miss out on a large portion of the story due to their neglection of Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories.

Oh, and perhaps the game is being remade for the PS2 since it sucked so bad for the GBA. It's so incredibly unworthy that it forces SE to make it again for a different console. =P

I don't think that's the case. I'm just exploring possibilities. ;)

They should have made CoM for the PS2 from the beginning. Unlike some people I had to actually by a Gameboy in order to play it.

To me, this game was one of those games that you just "HAD TO HAVE" if you had a gameboy, and then once you got it, it's like, "...Eh."

It gives off a decent amount of storyline, but it's not absolutely necessary to play it.. Mainly just gives information about the organization, and reflects on the events in KH.

So I guess what I'm saying is that I don't really agree with your first post at all, for the fact that I don't think it played that important of a role, it's just a fun little thing to play while waiting for the release of KHII.. sorry..

But as for a game in general, I did enjoy it for the most part.
