Why do you think the characters in FF games,have such big weapons?

Squalls gunblade wasn't impressive to me...just an ordinary bayonette with a sci-fi design.

Zidane had ordinary daggers.

Not completely true. He can synthesise those daggers to create a double-bladed weapon. They're so cool They're also more feasable (spelling?) to use in combat than a Buster Sword or a Gunblade (Darth Maul, anyone?).

Just to show how much do they are powerfull to handle those weapons
Show their actions better , which with small weapons is hard .
With big weapons , they can ruin everything and they give it more action
Its FANTASY .


but I prefer they use ordinary weapon
like Katana or kunais .
