Which one

Get Final Fantasy X First, there isn't much point playing FFX-2 without playing X you won't understand most of it without playing X first.
 
I am sure you can find FFX for a cheaper price. Have you tried Amazon and other online shops? I purchased a preowned one for just £3 and a half.
 
Get FF X it's far better than FF X-2

I still can't believe FF X is out longer then FF X-2 and still cost more to buy I guess you pay more for a good quality game.

Am sure you can find a cheaper copy of FF X

I played X-2 first. It just made me appreciate both of the games. Because I played X second, it made me realise how good a game it was, while being able to make my own decisions on X-2 as well

I do think that the prices are a wee bit high though- Last time I bought the games I paid £5 for X and £3 for X-2
 
I remembered I played X-2 before I played X . I thought it was okay , but that was because I didn't know what I was really missing . About 4 years later, I finally play X - and see what I've been missing . That's when I could finally make the comparison of both games and decide that X was definitely better than X-2 . I recommend you start off with X also so you can understand more and not be confused on some parts when you get to X-2 .
