Which materia is the best to equip ?

i dont realy know which materia is the best for each members to equip ?
i have Cloud, barret and Tifa. Tufa's got restore materia + all
barret fire 2 + all and cloud lighting materia +all
i have also some summons too...
could you tell me which "combo" is the most effective ?

How far into the game are you and what materia do yuo actualy have....?

For the first 2 disks, I dont think I even equipped any summon materia, I saved the slots for levelling regular materia, although that all depends on whether you rely on using your summons or not...which I didn't. I levelled all mine up on Disc 3.....

etc...

If you are looking to master your materia, just shove whatever on whoever. Probably not the best person to give advice really, but it doesn't really matter who has what tbh, it's not really a hard game and it doesn't affect yuor stats alll THAT much

Distribute it how you want, the only thing you wanna watch #for is equipping an elemental + whatever green materia and then an enemy possbily absorbing your attacks >_>

Other than that, anything goes. I try to get as much of 1 materia equipped so I can majke the most of levelling it all up

Pretty much would depend on preference if ya like physical attacks magic attacks or the command materia. I kinda just always copied Sephiroths line up from the flashback I mean he is pretty powerful so if it worked for him why not me lol
