Where's that blacksmith?

Okay so I finally got help from you guys in order to get the Onion Knight. Got Sara's pendant, went to see Takka at Kazus, now I'm searching for that blacksmith in Northeastern Saronia... and I can't find her. I searched everywhere they said she may be located but alas I still can't find her. Any help please?

But to answer your question, she is not in NE Saronia. She is in North West. If your reading the stradegy guide, don't believe anything in it other then the maps. They made quite a few mistakes in there.
