Where's Monstro!?!

I just made it to monstro and i decided to leave. I come back and he's gone! Will he ever come back? Please help!

Easy, instead of going where Monstro usually is, which is by Atlantica, go towards Halloween Town. If that doesn't work, just go to Atlantica in normal gummi drive.

Actually, Monstro can be found where you first met him -- either on your way to Halloween Town or Atlantica, depends on where you were going before getting gobbled up by Monstro. Just keep going back and forth until you find him. He doesn't always appear.
