Help where c an i find the DOWENED PLANE? my strategy guide isnt helping

Ummm, all I can say is that it's underwater and is around the outside of the seabed. By a cave or something?
Maybe someone else should answer this after all... :/
 
You'll be able to find it nicely and easily by looking at a walkthrough on Youtube, or on a written one. Just google it, my friend.
