When FFIX is released to Europe PSN what format will it be?

Im asking this as the PAL version of the game makes it impossible to complete a 100% perfect run (due to running at 50hz rather than 60hz - the NTSC version - but the timer remains the same).

We all know Square-Enix will be releasing FFIX to the PSN, however, will the European releasse be a conversion/port of the US version or European version?
Was either FFVII or VIII converted/ported through the NTSC format?

I reckon it will be the European version, I think there were problems with the FFVIII European version which delayed it's release over here. All being said, it might just have been a converting/porting problem, but I reckon Europe will get the European version, NA get the NA version etc D:
