The Black Mages performed the game version - so I suppose you could say that. The music you hear in the FMV is performed by the Black Mages.

No, wait, they did not. The Black Mages do in fact have their own version of this, which is sung by a woman, but I am very sure that the one you hear in the game is not performed by the Black Mages.


By the way, yes, the singing is weird, but there is actually lyrics. I memorized it once, but lost it overtime as I got bored of the song.

It goes something like:

Bah, this is what I can recollect. It may be wrong, but this is just memory. The other lyrics posted before me are the Black Mages version.
