I hardly can imagine some one who doesn't want both of them.
I think I prefer a job which I enjoy. I worked in a part-time job which was physical, and I hated it. I just barely could stand it. Now I am working in a nice room with air conditioner and a computer (BTW, I am writing this post while I am at job XD).
While the salary is lower, at least I each day passes very fast and I am not looking at the clock every 15 minutes and saying "what, only 15 minutes passed? Grrr....".
So yeah, prefer the enjoyment.
