My ninja-terrorist friend investigated that today, and says that it's a new version of the Metal Gear. It's name is Metal Gear WAT, codename for "Wizorötkov Ayvöjtre Tänagrövde". It came from a code language invented by an ancient assassins-clan from India. I don't know what it means, but it probably kick-ass.
Or maybe a "what" version from a guy who forgot to turn off the Caps Lock
